• Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof

• Personal Bank Statement (last 6 months)
• ITR (last 3 assessment years)

Employment / Personal Status Documents

If Employed / Salaried

• NOC from Employer (if applicable)
• Last 3 months’ Salary Slips

If Retired

• Proof of Retirement
• Proof of Regular Income
  (Pension, property rental income, business income, or other investments)

If Sponsored

• Sponsorship Letter from sponsor clearly mentioning:
  • Amount of sponsorship
  • Relationship with applicant
  • Source of funds
• Sponsor’s Bank Statements (last 6 months)

Additional Supporting Documents

• Cover Letter explaining purpose of visit and travel plan
• Proof of ties to home country
  (employment, business, property, family responsibilities, etc.)
• Any previous visa copies (Canada / USA / UK / Schengen – if available)
