In the afternoon, visit Highland Park and the Alley of Martyrs, a solemn memorial honoring those who lost their lives in the fight for Azerbaijan’s independence. Continue to the National Assembly (Milli Majlis), the legislative body of Azerbaijan, and view the iconic Flame Towers, the tallest skyscrapers in Baku symbolizing the nation’s fiery heritage.

Take a leisurely walk along the scenic Baku Boulevard, a beautiful promenade stretching along the Caspian Sea. This popular area extends from Freedom Square westward through the Old City and beyond. Since 2012, the Yeni Bulvar (New Boulevard) has nearly doubled its length to 3.75 km, offering a vibrant atmosphere with parks, cafes, and entertainment.

Later, explore the bustling Nizami Street, a historic and lively shopping street that dates back to Baku’s 1864 town-planning project. Running through the city’s downtown, Nizami Street is lined with shops, boutiques, and cafes, making it a perfect place for an evening stroll.

After breakfast at the hotel, begin the day with a visit to the Ateshgah – the Fire Worshippers’ Temple, located in the Surakhani suburb of Baku. This ancient temple, with inscriptions in both Persian and Sanskrit, served as a place of worship for Hindu and Zoroastrian fire worshippers. The word Atash means "fire" in Persian. The pentagonal complex features a central altar surrounded by cells once used by monks. Built in the 17th and 18th centuries, it was later abandoned in the 19th century. Though the natural eternal flame extinguished in 1969 due to petroleum exploitation, it is now artificially lit using piped natural gas.

Next, travel to Yanardag, meaning “Blazing Mountain.” Located on the Absheron Peninsula, this natural gas fire burns continuously from vents in the sandstone hillside, creating a mesmerizing and otherworldly display. Yanardag is one of Azerbaijan’s most famous natural wonders and a symbol of its nickname—The Land of Fire.

In the afternoon, continue your tour with a visit to Baku's Old City (Icherisheher)—the historic heart of the capital. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Old City offers a captivating glimpse into Baku's medieval past. This portion of the tour will be a walking experience through its charming streets.

Begin your day with a visit to Gobustan National Park, best known for its ancient rock petroglyphs. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to more than 6,000 rock engravings that span over 100 square kilometers, depicting scenes of hunting, dancing, animals, boats, and celestial symbols. These carvings provide fascinating insight into prehistoric human life and date back as far as the 12th century BC. The site has been inhabited since the 8th millennium BC and remains one of Azerbaijan’s most important archaeological treasures.

Next, visit the Bibi-Heybat Mosque, a beautiful and historic religious site in Baku. Originally built in the 13th century by Shirvanshah Farrukhzad II Ibn Ahsitan II, the mosque was reconstructed in the 1990s following its destruction in the Soviet era. It stands today as a stunning example of Islamic architecture and holds great cultural and spiritual significance.

Conclude your shopping experience with a visit to Genclik Mall, one of Baku’s largest and most modern shopping centers. The mall features over 80 retail outlets, a bowling alley, a 3D cinema complex, children’s play zones, Bravo supermarket, and a range of restaurants and food courts.
