After breakfast, depart for Ninh Binh, home to the famous Hoa Lu Ancient Capital and Tam Coc, one of Vietnam's most scenic destinations.

Upon arrival, visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010 during the Dinh and Le Dynasties. Explore the historic temples dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh, and learn about Vietnam's early feudal history.

In the afternoon, enjoy a 2-hour boat ride through Tam Coc, often called "Halong Bay on Land." Cruise along the peaceful Ngo Dong River, passing spectacular limestone karsts, lush rice fields, ancient temples, and the three famous caves:
