DAY 01: GUWAHATI
Upon arrival at Guwahati, drive to Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya, also known as the "Scotland of the East."
On route, visit the largest man-made lake in Northeast India. After a journey of approximately 6 hours, check in to your hotel.
After freshening up, the evening is free for leisure or you can explore the famous Police Bazaar in Shillong.

DAY 02: SHILLONG
After breakfast, visit Laitlum Canyons, a lesser-known gem famous for its sublime natural beauty. The hilltop offers breathtaking views of undulating, verdant hills. Often covered with a white, misty blanket, the canyon provides the best bird’s-eye view of Shillong.
Overnight stay in Shillong.
DAY 03: SHILLONG-MAWLYNNONG – DAWKI-SHILLONG
Wake up early, have your breakfast, and drive to Mawlynnong, known as the cleanest village in the world. Explore the charming village and enjoy the Sky Walk, offering a spectacular view of the surroundings. Witness the stunning Living Root Bridge, a natural wonder.
After lunch, drive to Dawki, the gateway to Bangladesh, where major export and import transactions take place. It’s a splendid 45-kilometre drive through deep gorges and ravines, offering a thrilling experience.
Upon approaching Dawki, you will come across the beautiful Umngot River, which forms the natural boundary between Ri Pnar (Jaintia Hills) and Hima Khyrim (Khasi Hills). A single-span suspension bridge is constructed over the river, adding to the scenic charm.

DAY 04: SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE – SHILLONG
After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee, famed for being one of the wettest places on Earth. Enjoy a scenic drive of about 1½ hours through pine-covered hills and misty landscapes to reach Cherrapunjee.
Cherrapunjee is home to exotic waterfalls and impressive limestone caves. During your visit, explore Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Ramakrishna Mission, Eco Park, and Thangkharang Park.
After sightseeing, return to Shillong for an overnight stay.
DAY 05: SHILLONG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING – GUWAHATI
After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Shillong, covering Elephant Falls, Wards Lake, and Polo Ground.
Later, drive back to Guwahati.

DAY 06: GUWAHATI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Early in the morning, visit the famous Maa Kamakhya Temple located on the Nilachal Hills (10 km) — one of the most important seats of the Tantric cult in India and one of the 108 Shakti Peethas.
Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, visit Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, a cultural center showcasing the life and culture of the people of Assam, and then visit the Balaji Temple.
Enjoy a ride on the Brahmaputra Ropeway over the majestic River Brahmaputra. In the evening, experience a river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra.
Later, explore the local markets.

DAY 07: GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RAILWAY STATION
Departure
