Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions govern all tour bookings, services, and arrangements made through Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”). By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
- “Client / Traveller / Guest”
Means any individual, group of individuals, or entity in whose name the booking is made or on whose behalf the travel arrangements are confirmed, including all persons traveling under the same booking reference. - “Company”
Means Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, representatives, and authorized agents, engaged in the business of organizing, facilitating, and coordinating travel and tour services. - “Independent Service Providers / Contractors”
Means all third-party service providers engaged by the Company, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise lines, shipping companies, railways, ferry operators, transport providers, coach operators, restaurants, sightseeing operators, visa facilitators, insurers, and any other individuals or organizations providing services in connection with the tour. These entities operate independently and are not owned or controlled by the Company. - “Tour Cost”
Means the total amount payable by the Client for the tour as specified in the booking confirmation or booking form, inclusive of applicable taxes, government levies, and statutory charges, and may include payments made in Indian Rupees and/or foreign currency, unless expressly stated otherwise. - “Brochure / Website / Itinerary”
Means any printed material, digital document, email, website content, advertisement, itinerary, or communication issued by the Company that provides information relating to tour programs, travel schedules, inclusions, exclusions, activities, services, or details of third-party service providers.
Brochure / Website / Itinerary Accuracy
All information published in the Company’s brochures, itineraries, website, emails, or promotional material is based on details available at the time of publication. Such information is subject to change due to operational requirements, supplier availability, weather conditions, governmental regulations, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, alter, replace, or withdraw any part of the itinerary, accommodation, sightseeing, transportation, or services either before or after the booking is confirmed. Wherever possible, Clients will be informed of material changes at the time of booking. If changes occur during the tour, the same will be communicated by the Tour Manager or the Company’s local representative.
In situations where the originally planned hotels are unavailable due to peak season, overbooking, or unforeseen circumstances, the Company may arrange accommodation in an alternative hotel of similar category or, if required, in a nearby city. Such changes shall not entitle the Client to any refund or compensation.
Meals & Special Requests
Meals included in the tour are pre-determined and arranged as per the itinerary. Unless expressly mentioned, beverages and drinks are not included in meal plans. The Company reserves the right to modify meal arrangements depending on local availability, operational constraints, or supplier limitations.
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee special meals or customized diets such as Jain, vegan, gluten-free, medical, or religious-specific meals. However, any special requests related to meals, room preferences, seating, or other considerations must be communicated in writing at the time of booking. While reasonable efforts will be made to pass such requests to service providers, fulfillment depends entirely on the discretion and availability of the respective service provider and cannot be assured.
Hotels & Accommodation
Identification & Eligibility
As per government and hotel regulations, all guests above 18 years of age must carry a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Acceptable IDs include Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, or any other government-approved identity proof. Failure to produce valid identification may result in denial of accommodation, for which the Company shall not be responsible and no refund shall be applicable.
The primary guest checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults are generally accepted between the ages of 1 and 12 years, subject to hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation
For same-day or last-minute bookings, hotel confirmation may take a minimum of 4 to 8 working hours, subject to availability and supplier response. Until confirmation is received, accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
Rooms & Occupancy
Hotels selected by the Company are chosen for comfort and suitability. Rooms generally include a private bathroom with bath or shower facilities. Accommodation will be provided either in the hotels mentioned in the itinerary or in alternate hotels of a similar category.
Room sizes may vary and, in many destinations, may be smaller than expected. For comfort reasons, triple occupancy is recommended only where necessary. Triple rooms are usually twin or double rooms with an additional rollaway bed or mattress and are not larger than standard twin rooms.
The Company does not guarantee specific bed types (double bed or twin beds) or adjoining/adjacent rooms, as these are allocated solely at the discretion of the hotel.
Personal Belongings & Damages
All baggage and personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the Client at all times. Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items within hotel premises or elsewhere during the tour.
Any damage caused to hotel rooms, furniture, fixtures, or property during the stay shall be borne directly by the Client, and the Company shall not be held responsible for the same.
Extra Services & Facilities
Charges for additional services such as extra beds, child supplements, meals, room service, minibar usage, telephone calls, laundry, or other hotel facilities not included in the booking may vary as per hotel policy and shall be payable directly by the Client at the time of check-out.
Where an extra bed is included in the booking, it may be provided in the form of a folding cot or mattress, depending on hotel standards.
Check-In & Check-Out Timings
Standard hotel check-in time is generally 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 Noon, unless specified otherwise. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges payable by the Client.
Tariff & Inclusions
The room tariff includes applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The tariff does not include incidental or personal expenses unless specifically mentioned in the booking confirmation. Such expenses must be settled directly by the Client with the hotel.
Accommodation Restrictions
Hotels may deny accommodation to guests claiming to be couples if valid and acceptable identification is not provided. The Company shall not be responsible for such denial and no refund shall be applicable.
Certain hotels reserve the right to refuse accommodation to local city residents or based on internal policies. Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any such refusal or resulting refunds.
Modifications & Amendments
Any modification to an existing booking is subject to availability and hotel policies. Applicable modification or cancellation charges shall be payable by the Client. Any waiver of such charges is solely at the discretion of the hotel or service provider.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation or amendment of a booking, any promotional discounts, special offers, or negotiated benefits applied at the time of booking shall stand forfeited. Cancellation charges will be levied as per the applicable cancellation policy.
Flights
Air travel services provided as part of a tour or booked independently through Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. are subject to the rules, regulations, and operational policies of the respective airlines. The Company acts solely as a facilitator between the Client and the airline.
Service Charges & Fare Information
- A service/handling fee is charged by Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. per passenger, in addition to the applicable airline fare, taxes, and surcharges.
- Airline fares displayed or quoted are indicative and based on prevailing fare rules at the time of booking. These fares are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, seat availability, fuel surcharges, airline policies, or government levies.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of airline fares until tickets are issued.
- Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for providing real-time updates regarding airline schedule changes, cancellations, aircraft changes, or operational decisions made by the airline.
Clients are strongly advised to request ticket rescheduling or cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure to minimize penalties.
Important Notes for Flights
Booking Conditions
- Flight bookings are strictly non-transferable, and passenger names cannot be changed once the ticket is issued.
- The Booking Reference (PNR) or Ticket Number must be used for all correspondence with the airline regarding the booking.
- Issued ticket numbers serve as confirmation of the booking status.
- In case of ticket issuance errors, refund follow-ups, voluntary cancellations, date changes, or flight modifications, Clients must contact Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. customer support for assistance.
E-Ticket Delivery
- E-Tickets will be sent to the registered email address provided at the time of booking.
- Clients may also download and print E-Tickets from their account or booking confirmation.
- Login credentials or booking details will be shared once ticket issuance is completed.
Baggage Information
- Baggage allowance varies by airline, fare type, sector, and route.
- For itineraries involving multiple airlines or stopovers, baggage may need to be re-checked at transit points.
- Clients are advised to carry baggage within the minimum permissible allowance to avoid excess baggage charges, which shall be payable directly to the airline.
Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellation
Cancellation & Refund Process
- Flight cancellations and modifications are governed by airline fare rules.
- For domestic flights, cancellation requests should ideally be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- For international flights, cancellation requests should ideally be made at least 96 hours prior to departure.
- Bookings cannot be cancelled online within 24 hours of departure. In such cases, Clients must contact the airline directly or reach out to Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. for support.
- In case of a no-show, Clients must notify the Company within 24 hours of scheduled departure; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any refund eligibility.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only after receipt of the refunded amount from the airline, after deducting airline penalties and Company service charges.
Please note that the Company’s service fee is non-refundable and is over and above airline cancellation charges.
Travel Documents for Flights
- For domestic flights, Clients must carry a valid government-issued photo ID such as Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, or Voter ID.
- For infants, a valid birth certificate is mandatory.
- For international flights, Clients must carry a passport with minimum six months validity from the date of return.
- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring valid visas, transit visas, permits, and compliance with immigration requirements.
- The Company shall not be liable for denied boarding or immigration refusal due to invalid or insufficient travel documents.
Airport Check-In
- Passengers are advised to report at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 4 hours prior for international flights.
- Airline check-in counters generally close 60 minutes before domestic departures and 90 minutes before international departures.
- Failure to report within stipulated timelines may result in denied boarding with no refund.
- Passengers must present a valid e-ticket (printed or digital) and original ID at check-in.
- Web check-in is recommended 24 to 48 hours prior to departure, subject to airline policy.
Flight Delays, Rescheduling & Airline Cancellations
- Flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice by airlines. Clients are advised to reconfirm flight details, departure terminals, and arrival terminals at least 12 hours before departure.
- Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays, rescheduling, cancellations, missed connections, or operational disruptions caused by airlines.
- In case of airline-initiated cancellation, Clients must obtain appropriate confirmation or endorsement from the airline for refund processing.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or additional expenses arising from airline delays, cancellations, or missed onward connections.
Itinerary & Flight Routing Changes
The Company may operate multiple groups or coaches for a particular departure date. For operational efficiency, passenger comfort, or airline availability, Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify flight routing, timing, or sequencing of itinerary components.
Clients will be informed of such changes prior to departure or during the tour, as applicable. Any sightseeing or services missed due to delays caused by the Client shall not be eligible for refund or compensation.
Coach & Seating Arrangement
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. arranges transportation through air-conditioned or air-cooled coaches operated by carefully selected independent transport providers. While every effort is made to ensure comfort and safety, Clients are strongly advised not to leave any personal belongings unattended inside the coach at any time. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items left in the vehicle.
All baggage, hand luggage, and personal effects shall remain the sole responsibility of the Client throughout the tour, under all circumstances.
For safety reasons, it is mandatory for all Clients to wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion, wherever seat belts are provided. The Client shall be fully responsible for complying with safety instructions issued by the tour manager, driver, or local authorities.
Any damage caused to the coach, its interiors, seats, fixtures, or fittings by the Client—whether intentionally or unintentionally—shall be borne and paid for directly by the Client. The Company shall not be responsible for such damages.
Adherence to Tour Schedule & Driving Regulations
Clients are required to strictly adhere to the daily tour schedule and reporting times as communicated by the tour manager. Punctuality is essential to ensure smooth execution of the itinerary.
Coach drivers are legally bound by government and transport authority regulations relating to maximum driving hours, mandatory rest periods, and weekly limits. Any delay caused by late reporting, non-cooperation, or deviation by Clients may result in alteration or omission of certain sightseeing or activities. In such cases, missed services shall be strictly non-refundable, and the Company shall not be liable for the same.
Accommodation for Children Below 12 Years of Age
Any child below the age of 12 years booked under a “without bed” or special child rate shall not be provided with a separate bed in the hotel under any circumstances. Such accommodation will be on a bed-sharing basis with the accompanying adult, subject to hotel policy.
If the Client requests any change in room configuration, additional bedding, or room upgrade during the tour, all related costs shall be treated as the Client’s personal expense. Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for arranging, bearing, or refunding the cost of such changes under any circumstances.
Registration & Acceptance of Terms
The signing of the Booking Form—whether physically or digitally—by the Client, or by an authorized travel agent or Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) on behalf of the Client, shall constitute full, unconditional, and binding acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated herein by all persons included in the booking.
No alteration, addition, clarification, or waiver of any term or condition shall be valid unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. Any verbal assurances or representations made by third parties shall not be binding on the Company.
The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse registration, cancel participation, or withdraw any Client from a tour at any stage, without assigning any reason, if deemed necessary in the interest of operational requirements, safety, discipline, or tour management. In such cases, applicable cancellation or forfeiture terms shall apply.
Payment Rules
At the time of booking, the Client is required to pay the minimum booking deposit per person, as specified in the respective tour package. The remaining balance amount must be paid strictly in accordance with the payment schedule communicated by Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges.
As per Indian tax regulations, submission of a PAN Card copy is mandatory in cases where cash payments of ₹25,000/- or above are made. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if statutory documentation requirements are not fulfilled.
Documentation Required for Booking Tours
For both domestic and international tour bookings, the following documents are mandatory and must be submitted within the timelines specified by the Company:
- A physically or digitally signed booking form by the lead traveller.
b. A physically or digitally accepted Terms & Conditions agreement by the lead traveller.
c. Clear copies of the PAN Card and Passport of the Client/traveller at the time of booking.
d. The name mentioned on the PAN Card must exactly match the name appearing on the Passport.
e. In cases where the tour cost is paid by a third party on behalf of the Client, a copy of the PAN Card of the paying party along with the PAN Card of the Client must be submitted at the time of payment and/or booking, or whenever required by the Company.
f. Final tour documents, tickets, vouchers, and confirmations shall be issued only after receipt of the entire tour cost and completion of documentation requirements.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays in issuing documents arising due to incomplete payments or missing documentation.
Transfer from One Tour to Another
Any request by the Client to transfer from one tour package to another prior to the departure date of the originally booked tour shall be treated as a cancellation of the original tour. Accordingly, applicable cancellation charges shall be levied, and a fresh booking will be created for the new tour package.
Tours booked under promotional schemes, special offers, early bird discounts, or limited-time deals shall not be eligible for extension, carry-forward, or transfer of benefits if the Client opts to change the tour package, irrespective of whether the promotional offer has expired or is active at the time of transfer.
Cancellations
All tour cancellations initiated by the Client shall be subject to cancellation charges along with applicable GST, as tour arrangements are confirmed well in advance to ensure quality services and availability.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing either at the registered office of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. or through the official email ID communicated by the Company.
In cases where the booking form has been signed (physically or digitally) for multiple passengers, any cancellation communication signed by one of the signatories shall be deemed to be valid and applicable for all persons mentioned in the booking, unless the names of specific passengers to be cancelled are clearly mentioned. The Company shall not be responsible for any misunderstanding arising from unclear cancellation instructions.
Effective Date of Cancellation
The notice period for cancellation shall commence only when the written cancellation request is received by the Company during official working days and business hours.
- Requests received after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays shall be considered as received on the next working day.
- The applicable cancellation charges shall be calculated based on this effective date of receipt.
Cancellation Liability
The Client shall be liable to bear up to 100% cancellation charges, depending on the tour package, departure date, and cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking.
For tours or services involving non-refundable components such as airline tickets, visas, cruise bookings, special hotels, insurance, or third-party services, the Company shall levy cancellation charges as per supplier rules along with applicable taxes, irrespective of the date of cancellation.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges shall be applied strictly as per the Cancellation Policy mentioned in the respective tour package, booking confirmation, or invoice issued by Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Any waiver or relaxation of cancellation charges is entirely at the discretion of the Company and/or the concerned service provider and cannot be claimed as a matter of right by the Client.
Important Notes & Special Conditions
- Third-Party Services
For services provided by third parties including but not limited to airlines, cruise operators, railway services, bus operators, luxury hotels, special event-period services (such as trade fairs, exhibitions, festivals, peak seasons), the respective service provider’s payment terms, amendment rules, cancellation policy, and refund schedule shall strictly apply.
In addition to such third-party charges, Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to levy applicable service, handling, and communication charges per Client. - Goods & Services Tax (GST)
GST shall be applicable on all tour-related charges including, but not limited to, booking fees, cancellation charges, amendment charges, and service fees. Any refundable amount, if applicable, shall be processed after deduction of applicable taxes and charges. - Revision in Taxes & Government Levies
GST rates and other statutory taxes are subject to revision as per notifications issued by the Government of India from time to time. Any such changes shall be applicable immediately, and the Company shall not be obligated to individually notify Clients of such revisions. Visa fees, airline fares, fuel surcharges, and similar components are also subject to change without prior notice. - Authority to Cancel on Behalf of Group
Any booking form, cancellation request, or written communication signed physically or digitally by one or more passengers shall be deemed to be valid authorization for cancellation on behalf of all persons included in that booking. The Company shall not be responsible for misunderstandings or disputes arising among group members in this regard.
The notice period for cancellation shall be calculated only from the date and time when the written cancellation request is received by the Company at its registered office during official working hours. Requests received after office hours, weekends, or holidays shall be considered as received on the next working day.
- No Compensation Clause
The Company shall not be liable to pay any compensation, interest, damages, or losses to the Client arising out of cancellation for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to illness, accident, death, court orders, visa rejection, non-availability of travel documents, or personal emergencies. - Company-Initiated Cancellation
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without assigning any reason. In such cases, amounts paid by the Client shall be refunded in Indian Rupees without interest, after deducting actual expenses incurred such as visa charges, insurance premiums, airline cancellation charges, administrative costs, service fees, and other non-recoverable expenses, as applicable on a case-to-case basis. No additional compensation shall be payable. - Deemed Cancellation
Cancellation shall be deemed to have occurred, even without a formal cancellation request from the Client, under the following circumstances:
(i) In the event of visa rejection, cancellation shall be deemed effective from the date on which visa rejection is communicated to the Company.
(ii) If the Client fails to make payments as per the prescribed payment schedule or commits any breach of booking terms, the Company may treat such default as cancellation by the Client. Cancellation charges shall be calculated with reference to the date of issuance of cancellation notice by the Company.
(iii) If payment default continues and no cancellation notice is issued, the booking shall still be treated as cancelled by the Client, and applicable cancellation charges shall apply automatically. - Timely Payment Obligation
Clients are strictly required to adhere to payment deadlines irrespective of whether reminders are issued by the Company. Failure to make payments on time shall attract cancellation charges as per policy. - Binding Acceptance
The Client expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and rules set forth by Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only after deduction of cancellation charges, service fees, supplier penalties, taxes, and statutory deductions.
- For bookings made directly with Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., refunds shall be made directly to the Client.
- For bookings made through authorized agents or Preferred Sales Agents (PSA), refunds shall be routed through the respective agent.
- The standard refund processing timeline is up to 30 working days from the date of approval.
- No refund shall be payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services including meals, sightseeing, entrance fees, optional tours, accommodation, or transfers.
- If any outstanding dues exist against the Client for other services, the refundable amount shall first be adjusted against such dues, and the balance, if any, shall be refunded.
Deviations (Early Return / Late Return / Route Changes)
Any request for deviation from the standard tour itinerary, including but not limited to traveling earlier than the scheduled departure date, returning later than the scheduled return date, or modifying flight routing, must be submitted in writing by the Client before completion of the booking process.
Approval of deviation requests is strictly subject to availability of flights, hotels, and other services, and payment of applicable deviation charges. Payment for a deviation request does not guarantee confirmation of the requested dates or routing. The Company shall not block or reserve any seat or service for deviation requests unless specifically confirmed in writing.
All deviation-related costs, including airfare differences, service charges, taxes, and supplier penalties, shall be borne entirely by the Client on a per-person basis. Once confirmed, deviation charges are non-refundable.
Currency & Travellers’ Cheques
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. advises Clients to carry their holiday spending money in the form of internationally accepted travel cards and/or cash currency, strictly in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations and applicable foreign exchange laws.
The Company shall not be responsible for currency fluctuations, exchange rate variations, loss or theft of cash, cards, or travellers’ cheques during the tour. Clients are advised to manage their personal finances responsibly while traveling.
Minimum Participation Requirement
All tours promoted by the Company through brochures, itineraries, website, or other communication channels are subject to a minimum number of paying participants.
The Company reserves the absolute right to amend, merge, alter, reschedule, or cancel a tour if the minimum participation requirement is not met, without incurring any liability to pay compensation or damages to the Client.
In cases where the Company decides to operate the tour with fewer than the stipulated minimum participants, or where Clients are required to travel as individual travellers, the Company reserves the right to:
- Levy additional pro-rated charges per person
- Modify services such as tour manager availability
- Adjust coach size, airport transfers, or sightseeing timings
- Operate certain transfers or services at fixed schedules
Clients traveling as individual travellers may continue on the same itinerary with operational adjustments and shall not be entitled to claim refund or compensation for such changes.
Minimum Group Size by Destination
The following minimum adult participation requirements apply unless otherwise stated:
- Group Tours to Europe / USA: Minimum 35 Adults
- Group Tours to Asia, Central Asia & Middle East: Minimum 25 Adults
- Group Tours within India: Minimum 20 Adults
- Group Tours to Australia / New Zealand: Minimum 30 Adults
- Group Tours to South Africa & Other Long-Haul Destinations: Minimum 30 Adults
Failure to achieve the minimum group size may result in tour cancellation, rescheduling, or operation with revised services and pricing, at the sole discretion of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Scope of Activity
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. operates solely as a tour planner, organizer, and facilitator. The Company does not own, control, manage, or operate any airline, shipping line, cruise company, railway service, transport provider, coach operator, hotel, restaurant, sightseeing operator, or any other service provider mentioned in the brochure, itinerary, website, or booking documents.
While the Company exercises due diligence in selecting reputable service providers to ensure a smooth travel experience, it has no direct control over the day-to-day operations, management, staff, safety standards, or service delivery of such independent service providers. Accordingly, the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, death, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage arising from acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of any third-party service provider.
Privacy of Information
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. treats all personal and travel-related information provided by the Client as confidential. Such information shall be shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa authorities, insurers, and other service providers for the sole purpose of arranging and delivering the booked services.
The Company may disclose Client information if required to do so under applicable laws, court orders, government regulations, investigations, or directions from statutory or regulatory authorities. By confirming the booking, the Client consents to such lawful disclosures.
Conditions of Passage
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Clients booking tours, holiday packages, or travel arrangements through Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
In cases where the Company arranges tours or services operated by third-party tour operators, cruise lines, or global travel brands, the Terms & Conditions, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund rules of such operators shall apply in addition to the Company’s Terms & Conditions. The contractual relationship in such cases shall be governed jointly by the Company’s terms and the respective service provider’s policies.
Health, Medical Conditions & Insurance
Clients are required to disclose, at the time of booking, any medical condition, physical limitation, or special requirement that may affect their ability to participate fully in the tour or may impact the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other group members.
Obtaining adequate travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, hospitalization, accidents, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of baggage, is the sole responsibility of the Client unless explicitly included in the tour package.
Where insurance is included as part of the tour or offered as an add-on, it is provided strictly as per the terms and conditions of the respective insurance company. Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for acceptance, rejection, partial settlement, or delay of any insurance claim. All claims and disputes must be addressed directly with the insurer.
Communication
All official communication from Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall be sent to the contact details (email address, phone number, and postal address) provided by the Client in the booking form.
In case the booking details are provided or filled by a travel agent or Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) on behalf of the Client, the Company shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information submitted.
Visas
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a visa facilitation service provider and does not guarantee the approval or issuance of any visa. The granting, refusal, delay, or conditions of visas and immigration clearance are solely at the discretion of the respective embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, expense, delay, or inconvenience arising from visa rejection, delayed processing, additional documentation requests, or refusal of entry by immigration authorities.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- A) Visas are issued by respective embassies or consulates, typically located in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, or other locations outside the Company’s registered office city.
- B) Passports and documents may be forwarded to authorized visa agents or collection centers located in other cities for submission and collection.
- C) Documents may be transported through reputed courier services or airline cargo services.
- D) Certain embassies appoint third-party agencies for document collection, and submissions may be routed accordingly.
All visa-related charges, including consular fees, processing fees, professional charges, and service costs, are payable by the Client and are non-refundable, irrespective of visa approval or rejection.
If the consulate requires additional documents, interviews, or personal appearance, the Client shall comply at their own cost and responsibility.
In case of visa rejection, the booking shall be treated as cancelled, and cancellation charges shall apply as per the applicable cancellation policy. The Client may choose to postpone or transfer the tour, subject to transfer fees and availability.
The Company shall take reasonable care in handling passports and documents but shall not be held responsible for loss, delay, or damage caused by courier services, consulates, or third-party agencies.
Deviations
Any request for deviation from the scheduled tour program, including early departure, late return, or altered travel dates, must be submitted in writing before booking completion. Approval of deviation requests is subject to availability and additional charges.
Payment for a deviation request does not guarantee confirmation of the requested change. The Company is not obligated to reserve seats or services for such deviations. All additional costs arising from deviations shall be borne by the Client.
Currency & Travel Money
Clients are advised to carry sufficient foreign currency, international debit/credit cards, or travel currency cards as permitted under RBI guidelines. The Company shall not be responsible for currency availability, exchange rate fluctuations, or financial losses arising from currency-related issues.
Minimum Participation Requirement
All group tours are subject to minimum participation requirements. The Company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, merge, or modify tours if minimum passenger numbers are not met.
In cases where a tour operates with fewer participants than stipulated, the Company may:
- Operate the tour with revised services, or
- Treat the Client as an individual traveler with modified inclusions, or
- Charge a pro-rated additional amount.
Certain group services such as tour manager, fixed coach schedules, or group transfers may not be available in such cases.
Minimum Participation Guidelines:
- Europe / USA Tours – Minimum 35 Adults
- Asia / Central Asia / Middle East – Minimum 25 Adults
- India Tours – Minimum 20 Adults
- Australia / New Zealand – Minimum 30 Adults
- South Africa & Others – Minimum 30 Adults
CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
The following conditions apply to all Clients traveling with Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. and form an integral part of the travel contract.
1. Adherence to Tour Program
- a) The Client is required to strictly follow the confirmed tour itinerary, schedule, and group discipline throughout the duration of the tour. The Client must return to India (or the country of origin) strictly in accordance with the validity of the air ticket, visa, and immigration regulations.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the Client to reach the designated place of tour commencement and report to the Company’s representative at the specified date and time. Leaving the group before the scheduled end of the tour shall be treated as a voluntary discontinuation, and no refund shall be payable.
2. Discontinuation of Tour
- b) If the Client or any member of the traveling party is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to illness, accident, death of a family member, loss of passport, visa issues, or personal emergencies, the applicable cancellation policy shall apply. No refund shall be granted for any unutilized services.
3. No-Show Policy
- c) In case the Client fails to report at the tour commencement point for any reason whatsoever, including loss of baggage, missed flights, documentation issues, or personal delays, the booking shall be treated as a “No Show”, and 100% cancellation charges shall apply.
4. Pre-Tour Services
- d) If the Client avails any pre-tour services (such as hotel stay, transfers, visa assistance, or documentation services) but fails to join the main tour, such booking shall be treated as a no-show. No refund shall be provided for any unused pre-tour or main tour services.
5. Conduct & Right to Remove
- e) Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right to withdraw or terminate the participation of any Client whose conduct, behavior, or actions are deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or prejudicial to the smooth operation of the tour or the safety and enjoyment of other passengers.
In such cases, the Company shall not be liable to provide any refund or compensation, and all immunities and protections under this contract shall remain fully applicable.
6. Severability & Limitation of Liability
- f) Each provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be severable. If any provision is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
The total liability of the Company, if any, shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the tour. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or additional expenses.
7. Pricing & Surcharges
- g) All tour prices are calculated based on prevailing costs at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to revise prices prior to departure due to factors such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, airline or rail fare increases, supplier rate changes, or government-imposed levies.
Any such increase must be paid in full by the Client before departure.
8. Currency Fluctuation & Exchange Rates
- h) The initial deposit paid by the Client shall be treated as a booking deposit and shall not be linked to a fixed Rate of Exchange (ROE). The applicable ROE for the tour cost shall be determined on the date of full and final payment. Any difference arising due to currency fluctuation shall be borne by the Client.
This policy applies to all bookings and may be modified at the Company’s discretion.
9. Time Limitation for Claims
- i) Any legal claim, suit, or action against the Company must be initiated within one (1) month from the last date of the tour. Failure to do so shall result in the Client being deemed to have waived all rights to such claims.
10. Bookings via Travel Agents / PSA
- j) If the Client books through a travel agent or Preferred Sales Agent (PSA), the contractual relationship remains between the Client and the agent. Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a service provider in such cases and shall not be responsible for commitments made by the agent beyond Company-authorized services.
11. Promotional Schemes
- k) Any promotional offers, discounts, or schemes introduced by the Company may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
12. Mandatory Travel Insurance
- l) It is mandatory for all Clients to hold valid travel insurance throughout the duration of the tour. The Client must ensure that pre-existing medical conditions, if any, are adequately covered. The Company shall not be liable for any claims arising due to lack of insurance coverage.
13. Additional Expenses
- a) Any additional expenses incurred due to delays, cancellations, or changes in transportation (air, rail, road, sea), weather conditions, strikes, war, medical emergencies, or any other reason beyond the Company’s control shall be borne entirely by the Client.
14. Missed Sightseeing
- b) Any sightseeing or program missed after commencement of the tour due to unavoidable circumstances or operational reasons shall not be eligible for refund or compensation.
15. Authority of Signatory
- c) In case the booking form is signed by one or more passengers on behalf of others, it shall be deemed that all passengers have authorized such signatory to act on their behalf.
16. Deposit & Payment
- d) Payment of the initial deposit only confirms participation or seat allocation and does not entitle the Client to any services until full payment is received.
- e) Failure to make full payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation with forfeiture of the deposit and application of cancellation charges.
17. Special Assistance
- f) The Company regrets its inability to provide individual assistance for walking, dining, boarding vehicles, or personal care. Clients requiring such assistance must travel with a competent companion.
18. Photography & Media
- g) The Company reserves the right to use group photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional or marketing purposes without any compensation to the Client.
19. Approximate Information
- h) All information related to distances, temperatures, sightseeing, and accommodation details mentioned in brochures or websites are indicative and subject to change.
- i) Photographs of meals, hotels, or sightseeing used in promotional materials are for representation only and may differ from actual services provided.
20. Adventure Activities
- j) Participation in adventure or high-risk activities is entirely at the Client’s own risk. Clients must assess their health condition before participation. The Company shall not be liable for any injury or loss arising from such activities.
21. Passport Validity
- k) All Clients must ensure that their passports are valid for at least six (6) months from the tour return date.
OTHER TERMS & GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Formation of Contract
No binding contract shall come into existence between Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) and the Client unless and until the Company has received the prescribed initial booking deposit. Payment of the balance tour cost must be made strictly as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to make payments within the stipulated timelines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, forfeiture of the booking deposit, and application of applicable cancellation charges, without any further notice to the Client.
2. Company’s Right to Amend or Cancel
The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason, at any time:
- a) To cancel or terminate the booking after receipt of the deposit but prior to the commencement of the tour.
b) To amend, modify, vary, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute any tour, holiday, itinerary, airline, flight routing, accommodation, sightseeing, or service, or to replace any independent service provider with another of similar category, if circumstances so require.
c) In such cases, the Company shall not be liable for any additional expenses, losses, damages, or consequential claims incurred by the Client.
3. Authority to Modify Terms
No person, including any employee, representative, travel agent, or Preferred Sales Agent (PSA), is authorized to alter, amend, waive, or modify any term or condition contained herein unless such modification is expressly confirmed in writing by the Company.
4. Changes After Booking
In the event the Company makes changes to any service or itinerary after the booking is confirmed, the Client shall have the option to:
- a) Continue with the tour as amended, or
b) Accept an alternative tour or arrangement offered by the Company.
The Company shall not be liable to provide any compensation, refund, or reimbursement for such changes, nor shall the Client have any claim arising therefrom.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to the Client for:
- a) Any death, injury, illness, accident, delay, loss, inconvenience, discomfort, or increased expenses arising during the tour, irrespective of cause.
b) Any act, omission, negligence, or default of any independent service provider, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transport operators, restaurants, or sightseeing providers.
c) Any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of baggage or personal belongings, whether temporary or permanent, howsoever caused, including negligence of third parties.
6. Maximum Liability Cap
In any event, the total liability of the Company, if established, shall be strictly limited to the total tour cost actually paid by the Client. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses.
7. Complaints & Claims
- a) Any complaint regarding services provided by an independent service provider must be reported immediately in writing to the concerned service provider, with a copy submitted to the Company’s Tour Manager or representative during the tour.
b) Any claim or grievance must be submitted to the Company in writing within 7 (seven) days from the completion of the tour. Claims received after this period shall not be entertained, and the Company shall have no liability whatsoever in respect thereof.
8. Severability
Each provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be severable. If any clause is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
9. Travel Insurance
It is mandatory for all Clients to obtain adequate travel insurance from a recognized insurance provider before commencement of the tour. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any claims arising due to lack of insurance or insufficient coverage.
10. Pricing & Currency Fluctuation
Tour prices are calculated based on prevailing exchange rates, fuel costs, supplier tariffs, and government taxes at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to revise prices in case of currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, supplier cost increases, or statutory changes prior to departure. Any such increase must be paid in full by the Client before departure.
11. RBI & Foreign Exchange Regulations
The tour is subject to all applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) rules and regulations. Payments involving foreign currency shall be made under the applicable Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) or relevant RBI guidelines.
12. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with tours marketed, organized, or coordinated by Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
13. Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or disagreement shall be resolved through arbitration under Indian law. The arbitrator shall be appointed solely by the Company. The venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, and the proceedings shall be governed by the laws of India.
14. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
The Client, cardholder, or booking party shall not initiate any chargeback, deduction, reversal, or set-off against payments made to the Company without prior written notice. Any unauthorized chargeback shall be deemed invalid and may result in legal recovery proceedings.
15. Final Acceptance
By confirming the booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions stated herein and agrees to be bound by the same on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
Voluntary Participation
The Client confirms that participation in the tour is entirely voluntary. The Client acknowledges having reviewed and understood the tour description, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and all related information provided through brochures, website content, emails, or other communications issued by Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
The Client further understands that travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, health risks, accidents, delays, natural conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. By proceeding with the booking, the Client willingly accepts such risks and agrees to participate in the tour with full knowledge and understanding of the same.
Knowing and Voluntary Execution
The Client confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and accepted all the Terms & Conditions, booking policies, cancellation rules, and related information contained herein. The Client certifies that they are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
By physically or digitally confirming the booking, the Client voluntarily agrees to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and all members included in the booking, including any accompanying minor children. This confirmation constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Client and Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., including acceptance of liability limitations, assumption of risk, and dispute resolution clauses.
Liability Disclaimer
All information, services, itineraries, prices, images, and content published in brochures, on the website, or through digital platforms are provided on a best-effort basis. While the Company strives to ensure accuracy, such content may contain inadvertent errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to correct, update, modify, or withdraw any information, services, or offerings at any time without prior notice. The Company does not guarantee that the content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Under no circumstances shall Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:
- Use of the website or brochures
- Reliance on published information
- Services provided by third-party suppliers
- Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations
The Client agrees that the Company’s role is limited to facilitation and coordination, and any claims arising from third-party services shall be governed by the respective service provider’s terms.
Final Acknowledgement
By confirming the booking, the Client expressly agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above clauses and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Role of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. & Limitation of Liability
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a tour organizer and facilitator. The Company does not own, manage, operate, or control any airline, shipping company, cruise line, railway, coach, transport vehicle, hotel, restaurant, kitchen caravan, sightseeing service, or any other facility or service referred to in the brochure, website, itinerary, or any communication.
All such services are provided by independent third-party service providers, and the Company’s role is limited to coordinating and arranging these services on behalf of the Client.
Limitation of Responsibility
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible or liable for:
- Any delay, deficiency, cancellation, improper service, or failure in performance by any airline, hotel, transport provider, cruise operator, sightseeing operator, or other independent service provider.
- Any injury, illness, accident, death, loss, damage, inconvenience, discomfort, or additional expense suffered by the Client arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of any independent contractor.
- Any act, behavior, or conduct of co-travelers, co-passengers, or third parties that may result in injury, loss, damage to property, or disturbance to the enjoyment of the tour.
Exclusion of Liability
Without limitation, the Company shall not be liable for any of the following circumstances, howsoever caused:
- Personal injury, sickness, accident, death, theft, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, incidental or consequential loss suffered by the Client or any person travelling with them.
- Temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage, valuables, documents, or personal belongings, including due to negligence or misconduct of third parties.
- Failure of airlines to provide boarding despite confirmed tickets, including due to overbooking, route changes, technical issues, or operational constraints.
- Failure of hotels to provide accommodation despite confirmed bookings for reasons including overbooking, local regulations, internal policies, or force majeure.
- Delays at airports, ports, railway stations, or hotels resulting in waiting time, missed connections, or inconvenience. The Company shall not be liable to arrange meals, accommodation, or any alternative facilities in such situations unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Any dispute, disagreement, or dissatisfaction arising between the Client and tour managers, guides, drivers, or local representatives.
Force & Exceptional Circumstances
There may be exceptional situations where airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other service providers are unable to honor confirmed bookings due to reasons including but not limited to adverse weather, natural calamities, labor unrest, strikes, insolvency, government actions, regulatory restrictions, technical failures, operational disruptions, or route cancellations.
If the Company is informed in advance of such situations, it will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative or process a refund, subject to recovery of amounts from the concerned service provider. Any refund, if applicable, shall be after deduction of service charges, supplier penalties, and administrative costs.
Maximum Liability
In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., if any, shall be strictly limited to the total tour amount actually paid by the Client.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Facilitator Disclaimer
The Client expressly agrees and understands that Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., being a facilitator of booking services, shall not be responsible for the actions, defaults, or failures of service providers. Any claims, refunds, or disputes arising due to such service providers must be taken up directly with the respective provider.
The Company’s obligation in such cases shall be limited only to providing reasonable assistance or coordination, without assuming any financial or legal liability.
FORCE MAJEURE
There may be exceptional circumstances where Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. and/or its independent service providers are unable to honour confirmed bookings due to events beyond reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics or epidemics, labour unrest, strikes, war, terrorist activities, political instability, government orders, insolvency of service providers, technical or operational failures, route closures, flight or transport cancellations, or any other unforeseen events.
In the event that the Company is informed in advance of such circumstances, reasonable efforts shall be made to offer suitable alternative arrangements of a comparable standard, subject to availability. Where alternatives are not possible, refunds (if any) shall be processed only after deducting applicable service charges and only if the respective service providers refund the amounts to the Company.
The Client expressly agrees that Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., acting solely as a facilitator, shall not be held liable for any force majeure events. Any further claims, resolutions, or refunds must be pursued directly with the concerned service provider.
In case of non-confirmation of a booking due to technical issues such as network failure, payment gateway downtime, bank server issues, third-party platform errors, or similar technical disruptions, the Company’s liability shall be strictly limited to refunding the amount actually received from the Client, if any. Such refund shall constitute full and final settlement of all claims, and no further liability shall arise against the Company.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption arising from the use of the website, booking platform, or any sales channel.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. provides a secure payment environment using trusted payment gateways and banking partners. All online transactions are protected using industry-standard security protocols. The Company does not store card or sensitive banking details. Any disputes relating to payment processing must be addressed with the respective bank or payment gateway.
TCS ON OVERSEAS TOUR PACKAGES
Tax Collected at Source (TCS) shall be applicable on the booking of overseas tour packages in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax laws of India, including Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill, 2025, with effect from 01 April 2025.
- 5% TCS on overseas tour package value up to INR 10 Lakhs
- 20% TCS on amounts exceeding INR 10 Lakhs
(The INR 10 Lakhs threshold is calculated per remitter under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme – LRS)
The amount of TCS collected is non-refundable, even in the event of tour cancellation.
In case PAN–Aadhaar linkage is found to be invalid or incomplete, TCS shall be applicable at 20%, and TCS credit may not reflect in Form 26AS / AIS / TIS. In such cases, the booking may be cancelled, and cancellation charges along with applicable TCS shall apply.
For the purpose of clarity, an “Overseas Tour Package” refers to any travel package involving travel outside India, including expenses related to travel, accommodation, boarding, lodging, sightseeing, or any allied services.
The Client agrees to pay TCS over and above the tour cost. The Company shall deposit the collected TCS with the Government and issue the applicable certificate in compliance with law.
The Client must provide a valid PAN for all travellers at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to verify PAN details at booking or subsequently. In case of invalid or mismatched PAN details, the Company may cancel the booking in compliance with statutory requirements and process refunds strictly as per the applicable cancellation policy.
The Client further confirms that PAN and Aadhaar are duly linked. Failure to comply or refusal to pay applicable TCS may result in cancellation of booking with applicable charges.
COMPLIANCE WITH LIBERALISED REMITTANCE SCHEME (LRS)
In accordance with RBI guidelines under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), the Client confirms that:
- PAN details will be provided for all international bookings
- In case of minor travellers, PAN details of the parent or legal guardian shall be furnished
- The total foreign exchange remittance during the financial year remains within the RBI-prescribed limits
If the permissible LRS limit is exceeded or compliance requirements are not met, the Company shall have the right to cancel the booking and process refunds as per the cancellation policy.
The Client authorises the Company to retrieve, verify, or share PAN and traveller data with authorised third parties strictly for compliance and verification purposes.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By confirming the booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms stated above, including force majeure conditions, payment security provisions, taxation requirements, and statutory compliance obligations.

Compliance with Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS)
As per the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), collection of Permanent Account Number (PAN) details is mandatory for all transactions conducted under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS). This requirement applies to all international travel bookings made through the Company’s website, sales channels, or authorized representatives.
The Client confirms and undertakes that valid PAN details of the traveller(s) shall be provided to Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. either at the time of booking or within the time period prescribed by the Company. In the case of a minor traveller, PAN details of the parent or legal guardian must be furnished. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in cancellation of the booking as per applicable policies. PAN–Aadhaar linkage is mandatory.
The Client further confirms that the aggregate value of foreign exchange purchased or remitted during the relevant financial year, including the current transaction, remains within the limits prescribed by the RBI under the LRS. In the event that the prescribed limit is exceeded before approval of the remittance by the Authorized Dealer (AD) Bank, the Company shall be obligated to cancel the booking in compliance with applicable laws and process refunds strictly as per the applicable cancellation policy.
The Client also confirms that any foreign exchange purchased for the purpose of international travel under the booking shall be utilized solely for the stated travel purpose. The Client further affirms that the PAN and Aadhaar details of the traveller(s) are duly linked with the Income Tax Department at the time of booking or subsequently, if required.
The Client authorizes Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. to retrieve PAN details from the Client’s profile, previous bookings, or to share the Client’s or traveller’s data with authorized third parties solely for the purpose of verification and compliance under LRS regulations.
The Company does not collect or store PAN details without the Client’s consent. The Client may choose to update or remove PAN details from their profile through the Company’s official platforms, subject to statutory requirements. However, refusal to provide mandatory information may restrict the Company’s ability to process or confirm the booking.
For international bookings, Clients may also be required to provide additional information such as passport details or other documentation as mandated by law, RBI regulations, or service providers. Such information shall be used strictly for compliance and booking purposes only and shall not be shared except where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Flexible Financing Option – EMI
Certain banks and financial institutions may offer travel financing facilities in the form of Equated Monthly Installments (EMI). EMI refers to the fixed monthly payment comprising principal amount, interest, and applicable charges payable by the Client directly to the respective bank or financial institution.
The EMI facility is governed entirely by the terms and conditions of the respective bank, financial institution, or card issuer. Clients are advised to contact the concerned institution directly for any clarification, dispute, complaint, or query related to EMI approval, interest rates, tenure, processing fees, foreclosure, or repayment schedules.
All charges related to EMI, including but not limited to down payment, interest, processing fees, and penalties, shall be determined and levied by the concerned bank or financial institution as per their internal policies.
In the event of tour cancellation, Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall apply cancellation charges as per the applicable Cancellation Policy. Any refund, if eligible, shall be processed by the concerned bank or financial institution after deducting applicable cancellation charges. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or disputes in EMI-related refunds.
The approval, continuation, modification, suspension, or termination of EMI facilities remains at the sole discretion of the concerned bank or financial institution. Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall have no role or liability in the approval process, pricing, terms, or disputes arising between the Client and the financing institution.
The Company shall not be held liable for any claim, loss, or dispute arising out of or in connection with the EMI facility provided by any bank or financial institution.
