The Company’s CSR initiatives shall focus on, but not be limited to, the following areas as specified under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013:

CSR Governance Structure
The CSR governance of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is overseen by the CSR Committee of the Board, constituted in compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
CSR Committee Responsibilities
- Formulate and recommend the CSR Policy to the Board
- Identify CSR programs and budgets
- Monitor and review implementation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and transparency
The Board of Directors retains overall responsibility for CSR oversight and policy approval.
Implementation & Monitoring
The Company shall adopt a structured monitoring framework to ensure effective execution and measurable impact of CSR initiatives.
Monitoring Mechanism Includes:
- Allocation of responsibilities
- Periodic progress tracking
- Impact assessment and reporting
- Site visits and on-ground verification
- Documentation of outcomes
- Reporting to CSR Committee and Board
Program Managers shall be responsible for execution and periodic reporting.
CSR Budget & Funds
- The Company shall endeavor to spend a minimum of 2% of the average net profits of the preceding three financial years on CSR activities, as mandated by law.
- Any shortfall shall be disclosed with reasons in the Board’s Report.
- All CSR expenditures shall be properly recorded and documented.
- Any surplus arising out of CSR activities shall not form part of the Company’s business profits and shall be utilized only for CSR purposes.
CSR Reporting & Disclosure
- An Annual CSR Report shall form part of the Directors’ Report in the Annual Financial Statements.
- The report shall comply with the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules.
- For international operations, local CSR reporting requirements shall be followed where applicable.
