Cash Payments
Cash payments in Indian Rupees (INR) are accepted only at the Head Office of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd., strictly in compliance with Government of India regulations and Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act.
Cash transactions are subject to a maximum limit of INR 2,00,000, and submission of valid PAN details is mandatory for all such payments.

Convenience / Gateway Charges

Fraud & Misrepresentation Disclaimer

No Sister Concern Policy
Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. operates as an independent entity and does not have any sister concern companies.
Third-Party Payments
The company will not be held liable for payments made to any third-party individuals, agents, or entities not officially authorised by Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Exchange Rate (ROE – Rate of Exchange)
- Initial booking amount is treated as a deposit and is not locked to any fixed ROE.
- Final tour cost will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate on the date of full and final payment, along with applicable inter-bank charges.
- Initial deposit amount shall not be subject to ROE adjustment.
Policy Amendment
This payment policy applies to all bookings and may be revised or updated at the sole discretion of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. without prior notice.

- Customers are advised to verify payment details carefully before initiating any transaction.

In instances where the specific region or bank account for fund transfer is not clearly specified, guests are requested to remit payments only to the primary bank account of Believe Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
