Tour Plan
Day 1: Guwahati Arrival
Arrive at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station. Meet and greet by our representative. Visit the famous Maa Kamakhya Temple on Nilachal Hills – one of the 108 Shakti Peethas of India. Later, drive to Shillong, “The Scotland of the East”. En route visit the beautiful Umiam Lake. Check in at hotel and relax.
Evening free for leisure or shopping at Police Bazaar.

Day 2: Shillong – Cherrapunjee (60 Kms / 2 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place on earth. Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Dainthlen Falls, Mawkdok Valley View Point, Wei Sawdong Falls, Thangkharang Park, Arwah Cave, and Eco Park.

Day 3: Trek to Double Decker Living Root Bridge
Early morning after breakfast, start the Double Decker Living Root Bridge and Rainbow Falls trek (around 3,500 steps each way). Enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience of nature and local Khasi culture.
Evening return to resort.

Day 4: Cherrapunjee – Mawphlang Sacred Forest – Shillong
After breakfast, visit Mawphlang Sacred Forest, known for its deep spiritual significance and biodiversity. Nothing can be taken out of the forest as per local beliefs. Later, drive back to Shillong.
Evening free for leisure.

Day 5: Shillong – Mawlynnong – Dawki – Shillong
After breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in Asia. Visit the Sky Walk, and Living Root Bridge. Later drive to Dawki, a beautiful border town known for its crystal-clear Umngot River. Enjoy boating and view of the India–Bangladesh border.
Evening return to Shillong.

Day 6: Shillong – Krangsuri Waterfalls – Shillong
After breakfast, drive to Jowai to visit the breathtaking Krangsuri Waterfalls, known for its turquoise waters. Spend some leisure time there before returning to Shillong.

Day 7: Shillong – Guwahati
After breakfast, check out from hotel and visit Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lake, Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, and Lady Hydari Park. Later drive back to Guwahati.

Day 8: Guwahati Local Sightseeing

In the evening, enjoy a Sunset River Cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra River.
